Processing & Production

At Nunnchi, we believe in thoughtful, responsibly-made fashion. Most items are crafted in small batches or made-to-order to ensure quality, minimize waste and honour every woman’s body and life. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to produce your piece if it is made-to-order. If the item is already in stock, it will be dispatched within 2 business days.


Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:

 

  • Croatia (domestic): approx. 3 business days

  • European Union: approx. 5 business days

  • International (USA, Australia & rest of world): approx. 10 business days

 


Carrier & Tracking

We use Hrvatska pošta and other trusted partners for last-mile delivery. While they strive for prompt service, international transit (customs, flights, local delivery) can vary. Tracking details will be sent by email once your order ships.


Duties, Taxes & Customs

For EU customers VAT is included at checkout. For shipments outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply in your country; these are the customer’s responsibility.


Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Thresholds

Free Domestic and International shipping on orders over €250 

otherwise €9.90 for International Orders

and €5.00 for Domestic Orders.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Made-to-order items may have additional considerations — check the policy for details.


Delays

Because we prioritise quality and sustainable production, there may occasionally be slight delays beyond the stated time frames. We will notify you by email if your order is delayed and provide an updated dispatch estimate.
